Founder & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A country girl raised in Derbyshire, I’ve always felt most at home outdoors - though I’ve equally always had a quiet itch for wanderlust.

My love for photography began in 2018 and quickly grew into a full-time career. Alongside building Golden Nomadics, I also worked as a model - an experience that shaped the way I shoot today. Understanding both sides of the lens allows me to direct naturally, put people at ease, and know exactly how to bring out the best in a moment and my subject.

Alex is my trusted second shooter and steady presence behind the scenes. Calm, observant and brilliant with animals, he ensures everything runs smoothly on the day - whether that’s assisting with lighting, capturing alternative angles, or keeping four-legged friends engaged and at ease.

A little More about Me

I live and work between open countryside and wherever the next story takes me. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually outside on our farm – walking dogs, around horses, chasing light across fields, or planning the next location that feels a little wild.

Golden Nomadics grew from a love of storytelling and golden hour and a belief that the best images aren’t manufactured – they’re felt. I care deeply about creating work that feels honest and atmospheric, but I care just as much about the experience of the day itself. It should feel relaxed, grounding, even a little adventurous.

You’ll often see my partner alongside me at sessions and larger shoots. He’s my second shooter, steady pair of hands, and the calm presence behind the scenes. He’s brilliant with animals (sometimes suspiciously more popular than I am), and together we make sure everything runs seamlessly while keeping the atmosphere natural and easy.

At the heart of it, I’m simply someone who loves light, animals, and the stories people carry with them. If that resonates, we’ll likely get along just fine.
